Performance Vision: Version 2.5

SecurActive is proud to announce the official release of version 2.5 of Performance Vision.
In this release, you will find new features like:

• Automated Packet Capture
  Performance Vision now performs packet captures automatically, based on performance thresholds. In no more than 4 clicks, you can now drill down from the Business Critical Applications dashboard to the packets corresponding to a specific transaction, when the server response time was abnormally high.
  
  
  
  

• New metric: Client Data Transfer Time
  Performance Vision provides a new metric called Data Transfer Time Client (DTT client). This metric shows how much time is required for a client to transfer queries to the server (as DTT server corresponds to the time required to send the response from the server to the client). This metric is specifically interesting for applications where queries may be volumineous and could take time to be carried through the network (e.g. medical imaging, industrial design, etc...)
  
  
  
  
  
  

• Extended support for name services
  In addition to DNS, Performance Vision will track volumes, errors and response times for a set of name resolution services: NetBIOS, LLMNR, mDNS and NDNS/WINS.

• New workflow for DNS
  Performance Vision will now provide an interface to drill down through DNS activities: from high level to in-depth transaction analysis.
