Performance Vision: Release 2.3

SecurActive is proud to announce the official release of version 2.3 of Performance Vision.
In the release, you will find new features like:
- The VLAN tagging support
Performance Vision is now able to display and filter on VLAN Tags in order to help network administrators to check if the VLAN is well configured and if the routing information is correct.
- Listening interface filtering
Performance Vision displays and filters information by listening interfaces. Traffic is now identified by device Id.
- Performance Vision is now available in distributed mode
Performance Vision offers a distributed infrastructure to monitor applications and network performance.
The distributed mode of Performance Vision provides the opportunity to get multiple listening points in your network. Network engineers are allowed to collect traffic locally using Performance Vision Pollers in different locations. This traffic is sent and merged in single appliance named Performance Vision Collector to get a global and unified view of network and application performance.
- Auto push configuration enhancements
To take into account the Performance Vision user feedback, the probe configuration or any modification input by the network administrator is now directly taken in account by the probe. This new feature was requested by many customers to facilitate the probe administration.
- Features enhancements regarding non IP services and DNS
SecurActive Performance Vision offers two new screens to improve the monitoring of services non-IP and DNS. Network administrators can identify, with ease, non IP top protocols or top DNS requests on their network. Protocols or DNS requests are aggregated and in one click, network engineers can display conversations related to protocols or DNS.
