Since the company’s creation in 2004 by Gilles Huguenin and Boris Rogier, SecurActive’s vision has been to provide easy to use and to implement solution for the network visibility market.

SecurActive are one of the major players in a market that is highly technical in nature and has succeeded in harmonising ease of use and the available extensive information base. SecurActive count 30 collaborators. Its development team is based in Paris.

GILLES HUGUENIN, Chief Executive Officer

Gilles Huguenin started his career as Commercial Director for Dekra France after which he assumed the position of General Director for Journal Le Filon. He established Easynet France in 1995 and managed the company until 1999. In 1999, he returned to the Easynet Group Plc in London where he led the company’s European operations until September 2001. His past career proves that Gilles Huguenin will be actively involved in the creation of several companies in Europe in the field of technology. He founded SecurActive in April 2004, and has been managing it since its creation. Gilles Huguenin is a graduate of HEC (H 92).

BORIS ROGIER, General Director

Boris Rogier started his career with Capital One in London (provider of financial services) as an Analyst and Operations Manager. In 2000, he then joined Easynet Group (London, Zurich) as officer in charge of securities offerings for the Group in Europe (optimisation of acquisition of subsidiaries, synergies, and evaluation of existing offers), and was responsible for launching the Swiss subsidiary where he assumed the role of General Director. In 2004, he established SecurActive to take over its technical operations. He has been in this position since 2006. Boris is a graduate of the EDHEC and the Political Science Faculty in Bordeaux.
