We are today offering two new positions:

Channel Account Management

As a Channel Account Manager you will recruit, manage and expand relationships with SecurActive's indirect channel partners. The current goal of this role is to increase new business revenues though the sale of SecurActive’s products by our channel partners. This position will be located in Paris with frequent travels

 

Job description:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for SecurActive with channel partners.
  • Move smoothly from qualification to closure.
  • Develop and manage marketing plans to be executed jointly with channel partners.
  • Develop win/win relationships between SecurActive and channel partner’s at all organizational levels.
  • Assist channel partner representatives with the positioning and sale of SecurActive products, through presentations (on line or on site) and proofs of concepts.
  • Attendance and support of Channel related marketing events.
  • Within a defined region, identify, recruit and develop prospective high value channel partner.
  • On-site training of partners (certified and premium partners.
  •  

Experience and skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of the regional reseller market.
  • Excellent knowledge of sales processes including acquisition, development and retention.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a business-oriented role in the IT industry, such as indirect or direct technology services sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.

 

Product Engineer

As a product Engineer, you will provide technical support on SecurActive's products on site and via hot line. The current goal of this role is to assist customers during the sale cycle and after the SecurActive sale. This position will be located in Paris with frequent travels. The candidate will follow a complete training on SecurActive solutions.

 

Job description:

  • Provide technical support in sales presentations, product demonstrations.
  • Train customers or resellers, and deliver professional services.
  • Provide support to customer via hot line in order to recreate and solve products issues (level 3).
  • Act as a link between the business and R&D.
  • Create, Maintain & update white papers and customer documentations on all SecurActive Appliances.
  • Maintain & update customers and resellers extranet.

 

Experience and skills:

  • Strong Linux environment Skills.
  • Strong LAN, WAN, IP Protocols and sniffers skills.
  • Excellent understanding of Administration database management.
  • Computer science degree.
  • Organized and customer oriented.
  • Relevant work Experience in integration or network support.
  • Fluency in English is required.
